Welcome to the new site. My name in John Viner-Smith. I help people and businesses to maximise the potential in every deal.
Relationships are the lifeblood of every business. They are hard won, fragile and stressful, which is also why they are often not delivering maximum value. My job is to help my clients to ensure that every deal is as good as it could possibly be. I work with clients to find and realise all the hidden value in every business negotiation, whether at the outset of a new relationship or in the day-to-day operation of even the most mature business relationship.
I will help individuals in your business to be more effective negotiators by improving their capability, confidence and process but I am more than a trainer. WIth a background in operations and strategy consulting, coupled with deep expertise and credibility in the field of negotiation, I will align the way your business negotiates with your wider business processes to make negotiation a part of your business culture, process and conversation, helping commercial leaders to meet and exceed the goals set for their teams.
