Our capability support ranges from delivering training courses from basic online offers to experiential master classes and coaching to all levels of your business and co-developing content for online delivery via clients’ Learning Management Systems and we are constantly working to innovate new ways to make negotiation a process that aligns and adds value to our clients existing ways of working.

Expertise and commitment
Transforming your commercial outcomes through better negotiation is a journey. Real partnership doesn’t mean just telling you the way; real partners show you the way and go with you on the journey.
This means being real experts. It’s easy to talk the talk in a classroom, but showing the way means walking the walk with clients which requires real expertise in real business.
Going on the journey means taking skin in the game. Our typical client journey begins with a discovery phase in which we work with the client to assess the negotiation opportunities, agree metrics and make a plan. We don’t ask our clients to commit to big fees until they’re comfortable with what they’re getting. End to end projects can take up to a year to deliver, with Reciprocal being involved through a series delivery stages until project completion. If at any point the project is cancelled, the billing stops.
